Abbi Prussack

Abbi grew up going to meetings in Western Washington and North Idaho. In January of 2022 she was invited to co-found a support group for former church members, and in March of 2023 helped bring to light an abuse crisis within the church community. She immediately found herself in a unique survivor support and advocacy role — supporting and validating survivors, documenting events, and collaborating with church leadership to remove perpetrators and protect the vulnerable in their congregations. This experience has empowered her to find her own voice and process her own experiences with abuse. Abbi has found incredible fulfillment in this work and is dedicated to continuing efforts to provide safety, validation, and support for other survivors.
